At CARE Natural Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
